Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales/Specifying Manager with expertise in Hotel Guest Room Management Systems or Lighting Control System Products, including Lutron, KNX, and Energy Management. You will manage projects end-to-end, ensuring client satisfaction and seamless execution.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong networks with hotel operators and owners to drive sales growth in the hospitality and commercial sectors
Manage full project lifecycle from initial client engagement through to final commissioning to ensure timely and successful delivery
Apply technical knowledge of control systems to specify appropriate lighting and energy management solutions for client needs
Lead sales efforts by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to meet business targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project execution and resolve technical or operational issues
Monitor project progress and client feedback to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction
