Job Description

Freight Operation Executive (Sea & Air Freight)

Mon - Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, Saturday 8:30am to 12:30 pm
Working Location: Changi South
Salary : $2500 - $3500

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the logistics and shipping operations for both inbound and outbound freight, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
Assist in preparing and reviewing shipping documents, including airway bills, bills of lading, and other required import/export paperwork
Monitor and track shipments to ensure smooth transportation from origin to destination, updating clients and stakeholders as needed
Inspect cargo in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage, handling, and compliance with safety regulations
Perform data entry tasks related to shipment tracking, cargo details, and other logistics documentation
Support permit declarations and ensure compliance with customs regulations
Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to resolve any operational issues or delays
Provide support to both clients and internal teams, answering queries related to shipments, documentation, and logistics processes
Carry out any ad-hoc duties as required to support the logistics department and meet operational goals
