📦 PERMIT DECLARANT OFFICER | $2,500 – $3,000 | 3-MONTH CONTRACT

📍 Location: Paya Lebar
💰 Salary: $2,500 – $3,000 per month
📅 Contract: 3 Months (Immediate – End December)
⏰ Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Check and verify supplier pricing and invoices
Assist with applications for Letters of Credit
Perform customs-related functions, including customs duty and permit declarations
Ensure trade and shipping documentation is accurately processed
Support import/export and logistics administrative activities
Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned

✅ Requirements

Minimum NITEC or equivalent qualification, preferably in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics or a related discipline
Experience in import/export, 3PL, supply chain or logistics is advantageous
Candidates with a relevant Customs Competency Test for Declarants certificate are encouraged to apply
Relevant working experience is advantageous
Good communication and language proficiency
Detail-oriented and comfortable handling documentation
