Job Summary

You will accurately enter data into SAP systems, ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail. You will organize information effectively, communicate clearly with team members, and manage your workload independently to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Enter data accurately into SAP systems to maintain up-to-date records and support business operations
Use MS Excel and basic computer applications to organize and verify data for reporting and analysis
Apply strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and reduce errors in all entries
Organize work tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain workflow continuity
Communicate clearly with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies
Work independently to manage daily data entry tasks and meet project timelines

Preferred competencies and qualifications

N-Level / O-Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in any discipline
Preferably 1 year experience in data entry using SAP systems
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
