Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Set and exceed ambitious regional sales targets by developing and executing strategic plans to expand market share.
Lead, mentor, and train a regional sales team to improve performance and drive results through effective coaching.
Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify trends, providing regular performance, risk, and opportunity reports to senior management.
Build and maintain high-level relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster business growth.
Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market dynamics and staying updated on industry trends and competitors.
Oversee sales forecasting, territory management, and regional budget allocation to optimize resource use and sales outcomes.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Proven experience in the jewelry industry and sales management, typically 5-7 years, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
