6. Agree launch criteria and commercialization plans with go-to-market, sales, and regional teams, and track market feedback, product performance, and iteration.

7. Establish product business metrics and lifecycle reviews, tracking revenue, gross margin, product cost, and customer satisfaction and recommending improvements.

8. Build and lead the global product management team, define responsibilities, develop talent, and coordinate engineering, sales, marketing, and supply chain support for priority markets and major projects.

Requirements

9. Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, power electronics, automation, power systems, energy engineering, or a related discipline.

10. At least 15 years of experience in new energy, energy storage, power electronics, or a related industry, including at least 8 years in energy storage, 5 years in engineering or technical roles, and 5 years leading product management teams. Relevant experience may overlap.

11. Deep understanding of energy storage products and system architecture, with expertise in residential storage and familiarity with commercial, industrial, and utility-scale products.

12. Experience in product definition, strategic and business planning, and product lifecycle management, including global product planning, platform commercialization, or product profit and loss management.

13. Ability to translate market and customer needs into specifications, development priorities, cost targets, and verifiable acceptance criteria.

14. Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to resolve product and business issues with engineering, sales, and supply chain teams.

15. Ability to prepare product plans and business documents, lead regional product reviews, and communicate with international customers and teams in English.

Preferred Qualifications
