Responsibilities for Staff Nurse [Day Care]:

• Deliver nursing care based on patients’ clinical conditions and individual care requirements.
• Perform relevant clinical procedures and treatments, while maintaining complete and accurate patient records.
• Observe patients’ responses to treatment and escalate any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a safe care environment and follow established clinical, safety and infection prevention practices.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to support smooth and effective patient care.
• Complete relevant nursing, administrative and service-related documentation accurately.
• Support day-to-day ward operations and contribute to the overall quality of patient services.

Qualifications for Staff Nurse [Day Care]:

• Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration.
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
• Positive and cooperative team player with good communication skills.
• Able to work independently, adapt to changing situations and take initiative in daily duties.
• Committed to delivering safe, professional and patient-centred care.
