Job Description

Production Supervisor /Rotating Shift /Up to $4,000 @Tuas

Rotating Shift (every 2 weeks); Day Shift: 7.45am- 7.45pm; Night Shift: 7.45pm-7.45am
Lead production team in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Enforce production staffs' discipline, and resolve their work-related problems.
Lead team to achieve productivity and quality goals by ensuring high quality products are produced.
Plan manpower resource to meet the dynamic customer delivery requirement.
Conduct employee orientation & training, coach & provide career development to production team.
Conduct daily meeting on safety, quality or any information that is passed down by management.
Establish performance metrics, assess, review and communicate staff performance.
Motivate and drive teamwork & update manpower attendance records onto Opensoft system.
