Job Description

The Company

Our client is a SGX-Listed company with diversified investments globally which includes infrastructure and real estate investment. With further business expansion plans, they are currently recruiting for a Seasoned Finance Director to lead the finance team and provide strategic business partnering with senior stakeholders to drive business impact and expansion for their global projects.

The Role

Reporting to COO, you will serve as a strategic finance advisor to the senior leadership team while driving business performance, capital allocation, and long-term value creation across the regional investments in the real estate and infrastructure fund sector. You will acting as the real estate fund controlling lead with exposure in capital calls, hedging strategies as well as a key advisory role in their investment and divestment of assets. On top of which, this is also a key finance strategy role to champion group transformation projects and process improvement while building a high-performing finance business partnering team to strengthen organizational capabilities and support sustainable growth.

Your profile

To be a successful candidate, you must be

• A qualified accountant with a Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics.

• Minimum 15 – 20 years of progressive experience in fund controlling and finance business partnering

• Prior audit background in Big 4 will be a plus

• Proven team leadership exposure

• Relevant industry in REIT/Real Estate/Infrastructure/Fund is preferred

• Chinese speaking is required to liaise with China counterpart stakeholders.

• Additionally, strong communication skills are required to drive business partnering and must be able to influence business stakeholders
