Job Description
We are looking for an Outlet Sales Manager who can oversees the daily operations, team performance, and revenue goals of a retail or service branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue: Drive monthly and annual sales targets, formulate promotional strategies, and monitor outlet profitability.
- Team Leadership: Train, coach, schedule, and motivate outlet staff, while conducting performance appraisals and managing commissions.
- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, handle escalations, and provide expert product or service advice.
- Operations & Inventory: Oversee daily shop/outlet opening and closing, stock control, cash handling reconciliation, and loss prevention.
- Policy Compliance: Maintain adherence to company standards, safety guidelines, and hygiene protocols.
Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of retail, fashion, beauty, or F&B sales/management experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and target-driven sales abilities.
- Education: Diploma or degree in business, hotel management, or a related field is often preferred (though hands-on experience is heavily weighted).
