Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support in a fast-paced trading environment.

Responsibilities

Provide desktop and end-user support for traders, VIP users, and business stakeholders
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and trading application issues
Support Windows desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests
Liaise with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues

Requirements

Experience in Desktop Support, End User Computing, or IT Support roles
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience supporting VIP users and senior stakeholders, including traders
Familiarity with trading applications such as Bloomberg, WEBICE, or similar trading platforms is an advantage
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, front-office environment
