ORDER MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATOR (EUROPE MNC)

• Basic Salary: Up to $5,000 Basic + 2 months Variable Bonus

Our client is a Europe MNC & a global leader of instrumentation equipment

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle for the India market, from quotation preparation and order conversion to delivery fulfilment.
• Monitor Letters of Credit (LC), track payment status and ensure timely payment confirmation.
• Handle internal Purchase Order (PO) creation and coordinate order processing activities.
• Oversee logistics arrangements, liaising with carriers and preparing necessary India customs documentation, including TradeNet permit declarations.
• Coordinate closely with the Netherlands overseas factory, Finance Department, internal Sales team and external customers to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
• Adapt and implement global standardized operational processes to accommodate local India market requirements while maintaining consistent service and delivery performance.

Requirement:

• Diploma/ Degree
• Possess at least 2 years order management or international trade operation experience within manufacturing or equipment industry.
• Possess hands-on experience in LC handling, payment confirmation & India customs documentation is an advantage
