Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service.
Lead, supervise and motivate the outlet team.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, training and performance.
Ensure high standards of customer service and handle guest feedback or complaints.
Monitor sales performance and work towards outlet targets.
Manage reservations, seating arrangements and walk-in guests.
Monitor stock levels, wastage and basic cost control.
Ensure proper cash handling and POS procedures.
Maintain outlet cleanliness, hygiene, safety and grooming standards.
Coordinate events and special promotions where applicable.
Conduct staff briefings and ensure all operational updates are communicated.
Report operational issues, incidents and outlet performance to management.
Ensure company policies, procedures and service standards are followed.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in F&B, hospitality or entertainment operations.
Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Customer-focused, hands-on and proactive
