Job Description

Responsibilities:

Support the Project Manager in coordinating project activities, schedules, and documentation.
Prepare and manage authority submissions and project-related documentation.
Coordinate traffic diversion, traffic management, roadworks, and infrastructure activities.
Liaise with authorities, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare, review, and update AutoCAD drawings and technical documents.
Coordinate technical matters and resolve issues across project teams.
Track project progress, approvals, submissions, and key deliverables.
Attend meetings, prepare reports, and follow up on project action items.

Requirements:

Diploma in Civil Engineering or other related courses.
