Job Description

Perform basic nursing procedures (eg. phlebotomy, vaccination and wounds dressing)
Assist doctors with minor medical procedures.
Dispense medications accurately in accordance with doctors’ prescriptions.
Maintain medication inventory levels and conduct quarterly stock takes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
Handle telephone calls and enquiries professionally.
Manage patient registration and schedule appointments.
Arrange referral appointments with relevant healthcare providers.
Execute clinical and administrative duties to support efficient daily clinic operations.
Assist in managing clinic operations to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
Provide assistance to surgeons during procedures and support the smooth coordination of surgical processes.
Any other duties as assigned by the management.
