Job Description

Position title : Accounts Executive (AP)

Location: Tuas
Working Days & hours: Monday to Friday | 0830AM to 5PM
Salary : $2800 - $3400 (depends to experiences)
Transport Pick up point: Tuas West Road MRT Station
Employment: Yearly Contract (renewable)

Job Description

Incoming supplier invoices, input to Acctron System
Accrual listing and input journal entries
Monthly creditors SOA reconciliation
Outgoing payment (Giro/bank transfer)
Manage petty cash float
Monthly bank reconciliation
Half monthly NEA invoice reconciliation
Monthly repair & maintenance report of vehicles and compactors
Tracking of cashflows
Liaise with auditors for interim and year end closing
Data entry of job cards, sorting and photocopy of dumping chits
Any other adhoc duties assign by the superior
