Job Description
Job Summary
Support sales operations by managing inquiries, processing orders, issuing invoices, maintaining records, and controlling inventory to ensure smooth and accurate sales administration.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone to provide accurate information and support
- Process purchase orders efficiently to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Issue sales invoices and verify order details for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and customer records for reporting and tracking
- Manage inventory control by updating stock levels and coordinating with relevant teams
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals
- Participate in on-the-job training for online and offline systems to improve work efficiency
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google tools to support administrative tasks
- Ability to read, speak and understand Mandarin to communicate effectively with customers
Other Information
- Location: 8B Admiralty St
- Working Hours: 8 Hrs, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Can be discuss)
- Working Days: 5 or 6 days/week (Rest Day on Saturday)
