Collect, monitor, and analyse metrics from operating systems and applications to support performance optimisation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service reliability and operational efficiency through testing, workflow improvements, and the implementation of best practices.
Participate in system design consultations, platform management, and capacity planning activities. Knowledge of Broadcom VMware is an added advantage.
Design, develop, and implement sustainable systems and services through automation, continuous improvement, and infrastructure enhancements.
Balance the speed of feature development with system stability and reliability by establishing and maintaining well-defined Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
Proactively identify potential issues, performance bottlenecks, and operational inefficiencies, implementing automation and workflow enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure services and projects are delivered on time and meet business and technical requirements, while maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence.

Pre-Requisites

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or a related technical environment.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver tasks effectively.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with keen attention to detail
