Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee daily construction site operations, coordinate workers and subcontractors, and ensure that construction works are completed safely, on schedule, and according to project requirements.

Job Requirements

Relevant experience in construction site supervision.

Knowledge of construction methods, site operations, and workplace safety practices.

Ability to supervise workers and coordinate subcontractors effectively.

Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Able to work on construction sites and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
Inspect construction work to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Maintain daily site records, attendance, and progress reports.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at the construction site.
Identify and resolve site issues and coordinate with relevant parties.
