Job Description

Job Scope:

To carry out full-time site supervision as Resident Engineer & Resident Technical Officers as required under the Building Control Act & Regulations
Contract period is 18 month (or shorter, depending on detailed work scope) to cover the construction of a 2 blocks of 5-storey warehouses at Tuas View Link
Contract start date: Sep 2026
Total 2 RTO position to be filled, to assist the current supervision team of 2 RE + 1 RTO

Remuneration:

In addition to monthly salary,

1 month of AWS will be provided for every 12 months of service
1 month of gratuity for every 12 months of service will be provided, to be released upon completion of project.
Overtime is claimable

Job Requirements:

With valid RE/RTO certificate issued by IES
Minimum 5 years working experience in building works supervision
